The driver didn't pick me and my wife up from Da Nang Airport in Hue on June 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM (confirmation number 12GO Booking ID # 12G029344327). He seriously screwed us over. The taxi was very expensive, and the next day, July 1, 2026, he didn't pick us up from Hue, at 38 Le Loi stop, at 9:00 PM in Da Nang, at the Holiday Beach Hotel Danang stop. Please refund my money!!! Excellent service: we were picked up from the airport and taken to the company's pickup point. The bus that took us to Hue was pretty luxe and very clean: you must take your shoes off before boarding. The seats are lazy-boy style recliners with power everything, and a massage setting to boot! Bottles of water are provided, and you can charge your devices (USB A and C slots) while you read or eat on the airplane-styke tray in front of you. You can nap the two-hour trip, or better yet take in the beautiful countryside views. At this price, unbeatable.

Easy to book, large bus with comfortable massage seats, water and wet wipes, not crowded, very affordable, even got a very cheap pick up and drop off at our hotel. Will definitely use them for all our travel.

Our trip was quite good, drivers were professionals, we got our destination very fast and in a comfort. An operator was always in touch. Although there are some notes that influenced our impression: not all drivers speak English, for tourist-oriented area it is very important issue and no choice of the seats was unpleasant, when driver points you where to sit. Overall, I recommend 12Go.Asia for its easy booking and fast confirmation and good service!

On time, very convenient for those with luggages, very neat and fast, enough legroom, passengers are quiet and respectful. I tried to take the train for a comparison coming back from Hue to Da Nang, but not doing that again. Choose this option if you are in a hurry, you want comfort and convenience.
