We do not recommend this company! We were traveling from Da Nang to Hue. The driver was supposed to pick us up at 10:30 (we bought tickets for 11:00), but in the end the van arrived at our hotel at 12:30. Communication with the company was also very poor — they were not honest or transparent. The van itself was extremely dirty, full of empty drink cups, with ants walking all over them. After picking us up at 12:30, we drove around the city collecting other passengers until 13:30. Instead of arriving at 13:30 as planned, we reached our destination only at 15:30. We strongly advise against traveling with this company!

Came at the pick up one hour late with no news! I was on a seat where I couldn’t even put my legs in front of me but had to put them in front of the person next to me due to the lack of place ! Not easy to stay 2h in this position. Driver was not friendly at all, no hello, no goodbye.

They are 30 minutes late at Danang. Most importantly they picked my family off wrong address in Hue. 12 go says pick off address is 28 Chu Van An. However they picked us off middle of nowhere in Hue. .

We startet with one hour delay and collected 3 other passenhers in da nang. Instead of beeing in hue at 14.00 we arrived at 16.00. 6 People in this car are too much. Not enough space… the price was very reasonable, so you should not expect too much maybe…

Excellent experience! They texted me on whatsapp before the pick up and were at the meeting point 15 min before the arranged time :) They dropped me off at my accommodation in Hue. New vehicle, would use it again. I was travelling only with locals which also felt nice.

Driver was 50 minutes late, slow and noisy ride (driver mostly going on low RPMs). Communication scarce. Picture and license plate of the vehicle was shared late, why I took the wrong car at first.

Communication was great via messaging app, they really cared to me as a customer, the service was quick and I was delivered to my doorstep, keep in mind that due heavy traffic in Vietnam traveling is often half an hour late.
