Very spacious with plenty of leg room. Lovely views of the Hai Van Pass

12Go made the booking experience very easy. The train was as expected, a little run down, some of the seats were broke, but the views were fabulous.

This was a very bad experience for us. The train was 1 hour late departing da nang, there was extremely minimal AC on the train, we were baking the whole journey, super uncomfortable, even more so because we expected AC as that’s what is sold. The train was dirty with rubbish from previous passengers including stones from fruit and bottles with unknown liquids left behind. We also stopped at lang co station for quite a period of time for no apparent reason and the train was very slow.

The seat in front was broken and duly reclined so my partner had barely any leg room for most of the trip. Otherwise the scenery on this journey is amazing, the seating is fairly comfortable and the AC works quite well.

The train stopped several times for almost an hour each for no obvious reason. There was no information in English available. We had a delay of three hours in total although we had left Danang on time. Also the train was quite filthy with bugs on the floors. Train ride as such with the views is beautiful though

It was ok. Unfortunately the ac was so cold, we had to leave our cabin to stand in the corridor most of the time to avoid getting a cold.

I would have thought that the beds in the sleeping car would be folded up during the day so that you could sit down. But this was not so.

Probably not the best rail experience...booking was easy and without issue, electronic tickets arrived via email without issue. The SE6 train was a bit late leaving, we had no problems boarding or with our seats. Train was not in the cleanest condition and even though we had window seats on the ocean side, the windows had not been cleaned in some time, which made viewing and photography a bit of a struggle. The seats were not very clean either and the blankets provided had been used and used and used...The scenery on the other hand was lovely and once we were through the mountains, we chugged along quite nicely, arriving in Hue in good time.
