We booked a a bus in the company with a Royal Cabin. Then someone contacted us by whattsapp saying we had to be in Bang Phang office in Hanoi, and then we had to go in a bus that had nothing to do, a downgrade. Hein told us, she had made a mistake in the reservation, but: “how do you make a mistake on 2 different companies?” Really bad experience.

The Bus just speeded with maximum speed from Hanoi to Ha Giang - we went 1,5h ealier and get kicked out of the Bus. We nearly fall out of the bed! 100kmh permanent on shitty, bumpy roads - the opposite of a sleeping bus….

I had to wait for 4 hours and only gotonto the bus because I started crying as they wanted me to wait for two more hours. First bus was supposed to leave at 5pm. My arrival in ha giang was at 4am. I got thrown out the bus at the first stop and had to walk 20 mins alone at 4am while others were driven to their hostels (some even to the same as mine)
