Without the help of a friendly hostel, the bus and company would forget about us. Bus delayed 2 hours. Shitty conditions, never again.

The driver was kind and dropped me off at Noi Bai airport. It took some time before we finally departed from Ha Giang because I was the first one on the bus and we had to pick up of other passengers at their hotels

All buses going from Ha Giang to Hanoi didnt recognise the ticket and refused to take me on board. Had to call the ticket number multiple times before someone answered to confirm the bus company which the ticket was actually booked for. I was the first person on the bus yet refused to be seated somewhere of my choice. Departed almost an hour late. Reached destination 1 hour 45 mins late. No pick up bus from My dinh to hotel as stipulated on ticket, I had arranged this via email prior and was left paying for a taxi at 4am.

The travel itself was ok, but when we got to Hanoi we just stand at the bus station, no one telling us what's happening. At the end me and my friend decided to go down by ourselves, and as we were taking the bags, the driver started to move. It was an unpleasant experience

The guy from truly hagiang was good but instead of a van he putted us on a disco bus. The travel itself was a nightmare. The driver and his assistant were impolite. He drove like an animal. He talked to us with contempt and brutality. A real ugly and dirty buffalo

Samesame as everyone said before: - Bus actually keaves at 10am - People get in and out all the time - Driver even pulls gas 5km before final stop so that delay accumulates up to 1h 45min

The bus has good conditions for a semi sleeper bus. Only problem: the delay. I believe that not sticking to the schedule is part of the Viatnamese experience, so be always prepared for at least 1hour of delay. I do recommend this company.

Economical and comfortable. NB: Semi-Sleeper Bus is also used to pick up and deliver parcels along the transit route which adds significant travel time (for me approx. one additonal hour).

Ordered small minivan VIP class for $17. We have been picked up by big semi sleeper bus which normally costs $13. Nobody informed us in advance. There were people sleeping next to my feet on floor. My girlfriend was continuously disturbed by woman touching her with her back. Capacity was oversold. Kids screaming and yealling on board. We will not go again with this company.

Firstly, we arrived at the hostel in Ha Giang indicates as the boarding point for the bus at 730 pm for 8 pm departure. By 820 pm , no bus had arrived . Finally one did, but we were told rudely that it was not our bus. I finally called the hotline and was told they would contact the driver to come get us. Not sure what would have happened if I hadn’t called. A shuttle bus finally came and then we made several more stops in Ha Giang to pick up people and cargo. We arrived at the semi sleeper bus about 930 pm. The man organizing the bus (not the driver) was super rude and yelling at all the passengers . We were tourists so no understood him, but he just kept yelling and gesturing angrily. My daughter and I both took a bottom bed, but he came and yelled at us and told us to go up to top bunks. We told him no so he went away for a bit, but later came back and yelled and pointed to my daughter to get up so she finally did even though there were plenty of empty beds still below. He did the same with several other passengers and kept making people change beds. No reason we could see for this. He came and rudely yanked a blanket away from another young lady and gave her a different one. Why? Who knows? We were all mostly just laughing and shaking our heads by this point! We finally left Ha Giang over an hour and a half late and made several more stops to pick up people. Soon there were people sleeping on the floor in the aisles too- which made it impossible to get off the bus for the bathroom stop a few hours later. Arrived over two and a half hours late (345 am ) into Hanoi. Maybe that’s expected of bus travel times , but meant we had only about three hours in our Airbnb before we had to get up the next morning for our flights. Overall, the bus itself was quite comfortable and we did manage to get some sleep. Would have been a more pleasant experience if someone nicer had been organizing us!

The schedule was very bad, meaning that this bus actually stops in every little village/town which is not really assumed in the 6 hours schedule. However the bus was clean and comfortable.

Not enough space in the bus, part of our group had to sit next to the driver. Driver was driving very fast and trying to push other cars/bikes out of the way.

Great safe driver! Picked me up at the motorbike rental place and then dropped me off at my hotel near the airport (it wasn’t really out of the way or else I wouldn’t have asked out of respect for other passengers), and I’m so glad he did it! Saved me about 2 hours and it was getting late. Thank you. Nice job!

Communication with customer service was perfect and great, but the carrier was terrible. Bus came late for more than 1 hour and we missed another shuttle bus so we had to pay another ticket.

Everything on the bus itself was as good as can be expected for an overnight bus. Many amenities such as tv, blanket and massage chairs. However the website said there would be toilets and there were not and it was very difficult to wait and see if the driver would stop. The driver was nice about stopping but hard to communicate and we weren’t sure if we could stop for the bathroom when we started the trip. This made the trip more stressful and hard to sleep.
