We booked the bus from Hue to Da Nang.
First of all, the bus didn’t go from the office, where we were told to come, so instead they tried to stuff os (8 people) in to a 6 saeter car with all of our luggage, and when we said that we couldn’t fit, and asked to walk our self to the bus og to be picked up on a second run, they said that there was no time.
Then when we arrived to the bus 5 minutes later, we had to wait an hour for the bus to leave (40 minutes after the departure time) we had to go to several other locations to pick up more passengers.
The bus was very old and dirty and it smelled terrible inside, also very cramped and the personnel was also very rude!
We arrived in Da Nang an hour later than we should have and felt terrible after the trip.
I strongly recommend NOT to use this company!!

Geda GThe driver was 1 hour late. Luggages did not fit in the back and was constantly falling on me as I was placed to sit in the back. I sat next to gas tan, and the smell was bad - all my clothes smelt like dysel after the trip. Also the airconditioner was blowing straight to my face the whole time, which could not be adjusted as other passengers wanted it to be on. This resulted in getting sick after the trip.

Christelle MAt the end of my booking I got the message „Error“ and that „the ticket are no more available”. I had this two times than my friend tried to book. He got the same message but after a while we got both the confirmation. So we had now 4 tickets for two persons. And I didn’t wanted the insurance, but you have somewhere to put no, if not the garage it automatically. Just after we got the four tickets we write to the support to cancel and refund the 2 seats of 4. We had to write five times and now we are waiting if it will happen.

Wo WWe were at the pick-up point and were not listed at the driver. He left without us because the bus was fully occupied. We then waited, later a driver contacted us and picked us up after all. We arrived about 3 hours later and were told that the error was with 12go. We had reported on your support page and there was no response. Thanks to the transport company. 12go didn't care.
