Marcos CWe bought the ticket to 15:25 but then we got informed by WhatsApp, the hour was 15:50. Still, we arrived 1 hour before the scheduled time to the confirmed location: https://goo.gl/maps/xiqvwk9VUXREpifH9
When it was 16:32, I tried to contact the company to understand what was the problem with the delay, and a single individual took us by car to a big van, around 16:50. When we arrived to the destined vehicle, we didn't have seats next to each other, and the only available seats were legit next to the driver, and at the end of the vehicle. So, out of compassion, a gentleman offered his seat and went next to the driver. The drive to Da nang was super delayed, the driver stopped in a different final destination, so we picked a grab and went to the closest Go! supermarket.
Was a terrible experience. We will never request this service again.

Alina RThey will waste your time in all possible ways: arrived to pick me up 30 min before the time in the ticket (that was confirmed on the day of the trip) and I couldn’t finish my work; in Da Nang I wasn’t taken to my address but was driven around the whole city together with other passengers (they WERE taken where they needed). Finally the driver ordered Grab bike for me (I could have done it myself without wasting an hour if I knew he would act like that)

There was no particular traffic jam, but it was more than 30 minutes late.
Asking to meet 30 minutes before was too early. We were just made to wait.
