Richard GTo be at the pick up point 30 minutes before a two hours ride is a bit too much. Driver was 10 min late. So I had to wait 40 minutes.
The car was excellent. I have never seen a car with USB C power delivery Port. The massage seat was great, too

Walter MPunctual and better than expected! They gave me, for example, a bottle of water. However, I couldn't find that easily the meeting point (I copied the address on the map and it sent me to another city).
Also, I had one of the seats on the last row and it didn't recline :( (because the luggage was behind these seats)
