The pickup time and location and vehicle number was changing several time before the ride from the provider. Also we received confusing cancelation messages from 12go the day before the ride due to a system error. This caused a lot of unnecessary communication which is annoying and consumes too much time. It would be absolutely sufficient if the driver would simply pick a passenger up at the time and place that is noted in the booking process in 12Go. No other communication should be needed.

Clean and comy cabins & Wi-Fi. But only one toilet break (6h after departure) is not ok if there is no toilet on the bus. Also that there was only one driver who was driving for 10+ hours through the night seems very dangerous.

Over 1.5 hours late, which is very annoying for a trip that only takes 2 hours in total. The driver himself was late and then waited another hour for some people to fill up the bus. And then he wanted me, as representative of all the passengers, to fill out with my personal details and sign some kind of contract for insurance or something similar, which was of course in Vietnamese. Very strange and completely unacceptable, I refused to do it.

The driver even picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off in our hotel destination because it was raining heavily, even though the booking didn’t include that. It was an amazing service, he was very friendly and funny. He drove very efficiently

Bus was dirty with rubbish left from previous passengers. Seat belts didn't work. Jumped out of our seat a few times when going over bumps. Cockroach on the bus.

On the whole bus journey and service was very good. Down side - There was no water in toilet on the bus. Hygiene needs to be sorted.

Our experience with this bus company was really disappointing. The bus was 1 hour and 15 minutes late, and because of that, we almost missed our flight. They were also supposed to pick us up and take us to the hotel, but that never happened.
