Terrible!!! Had to wait 40 minutes without any information at the airport for the pick-up (they simply ignored all of our messages). Then put in a car with a very annoyed driver who constantly checked his Facebook while driving on a very busy road. Stopped about 3 or 4 times at random spots. Didnt speak English so didnt answer our questions. Then picked up two other guests and drove to Hue in the car instead of in a bus which was promised. During all this, company didnt respond to our messages and we were very confused (and scared for life since he was a lunatic on the road, much worse than the other drivers we have had here in Vietnam)

Pick-up was on time, although there seemed to be some disagreement with the shop owner having words with the driver :-) I dont think they were involved with the travel plans and didnt appreciate their shop location being used for a meeting point. WiFi on van didn't work very well. Plugs for charging devices didn't work at all. A very bouncy ride in the back of the van.
