I book a trip with this company but I reserve the wrong date. The company was very accommodating : answered the phone quickly, finding us a solution in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much !!!
The journey was quite nice lovely scenery. We stopped here and there but it was nice to break up the trip. The driver even stopped about halfway through for us to buy some food or use the bathroom. I asked him if he could drop us at our hotel (in the Khao Sok town center) and had no issues. I imagine if your hotel is out farther away from here you need to transfer. You travel via Khao Lak so will be longer than if you went direct, but worth the savings taking this service. Would take it again 100%
The van was not very clean, the ac smells a lot like an old dead animal or something.
I had book a complet transfer to my hotel like all the people inside but the man let us along the road and tell us to take a taxi instead! I stay siting en the van and told him i will not go everywhere because i've paid and he finally put me at the hotel but all the others have paid for a taxi. Crazy thing!
I had booked a van ride, but no one ever came to pick me up. I was present at the exact time and place indicated (my hostel), and even waited longer than expected after checking with the reception. There was no message, no call, no follow-up from the operator.
Afterwards, I contacted customer service, who asked me to provide proof (how are you supposed to prove something like that? At the time, I didn’t think of taking photos of myself standing in front of my hostel — I simply assumed the driver was running late).
Now they’re trying not to refund me, even though I didn’t get to use the service at all. No accountability, no commercial gesture.
I do not recommend this company: unreliable, disappointing customer service, and no regard for the customer when something goes wrong.
We waited for two hours after expected time at the bus terminal, they could not tell us how far away the car was, or why it was late. The car was full, so we had luggage by our feet. The driver drove over an hour the wrong way to give money to his family, and then again the wrong way for two other passengers. A trip that is supposed to take 2 hours took over 7 hours.
Ac was broken and it must have been 40 degrees at least in there, ended up stopping in a garage/mechanic for a while, many stops for no obvious reason where we couldn't get out but the driver was doing personal errands, they also overbooked so the last guy to turn up just couldn't get on
