Als wir wie auf dem Ticket angegeben 30 min vor Abfahrt am Checkin ankamen wurden wir informiert dass es erst eine halbe Stunde später als angegeben los geht. So saßen wir 1h sinnlos irgendwo im nirgendwo rum. Die Fahrt war dann aber gut.
I book a trip with this company but I reserve the wrong date. The company was very accommodating : answered the phone quickly, finding us a solution in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much !!!
The journey was quite nice lovely scenery. We stopped here and there but it was nice to break up the trip. The driver even stopped about halfway through for us to buy some food or use the bathroom. I asked him if he could drop us at our hotel (in the Khao Sok town center) and had no issues. I imagine if your hotel is out farther away from here you need to transfer. You travel via Khao Lak so will be longer than if you went direct, but worth the savings taking this service. Would take it again 100%
The van was not very clean, the ac smells a lot like an old dead animal or something.
I had book a complet transfer to my hotel like all the people inside but the man let us along the road and tell us to take a taxi instead! I stay siting en the van and told him i will not go everywhere because i've paid and he finally put me at the hotel but all the others have paid for a taxi. Crazy thing!
We had to change the vehicle and we’re an hour late, but it was fine all in all!

Arrived late and had little to no air conditioning in the van, stopped regularly and detoured to the office in Krabi to pick up more passengers. We did arrive on time though, but not the most comfortable journey.
According to the description, we were supposed to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure. However, the driver arrived half an hour late, so we had to wait an unnecessarily for an hour. The rest of the transfer went well. We made a short break at a 7-Eleven along the way.
