Driver didn’t pick us up so our hostel had to arrange a taxi for us to meet the bus and then when we got into it it was overpacked. Arrived at wrong destination and everyone seemed a bit confused about what to do next.
The trip was great, but maybe it is easier for the driver to just use Google maps or something like that. He needed our phones to know where the hotel was.
Our preferred Pick up location was outside of service area. We were told to be at a different pick up point which we could not reach on time. Rescheduling or cancellation was not possible. Communication was bad, messages were not answered. All in all we missed the bus, but had to pay for it
I booked the rond bus for my travel and they arranged me a new ride! They replayed really fast, the bus was planned only one hour later then what I originally had planned and I didn’t had to pay extra money (the bus ride from my location was longer then the other/rong location i booked) it was a real savior!
