Wurden pünktlich in Khao Sok abgeholt und kamen nach einer kurzen Toilettenpause sogar früher in Ao Nang an.
Fahrer sprach zwar kein/schlecht Englisch, war aber sehr zuvorkommend.
Driver didn’t pick us up so our hostel had to arrange a taxi for us to meet the bus and then when we got into it it was overpacked. Arrived at wrong destination and everyone seemed a bit confused about what to do next.
The drive was good but I was brought to a completely different bus stop than in my booking. This happened twice so. Both times instead of walking from the supposed stop I was several kilometers away and had to take a taxi to the hotel.
It said it would pick you up in Khao Sok, but didn't specify the location or exclude anything like other services, which is why we chose it. We bought it two days in advance, and just 1.5 hours before, they notified us that our hotel wasn't included. We had to take a taxi, and we weren't even sure they were running. We couldn't schedule it because of the short notice. If they saw the reservation and the pickup location, they should have notified us earlier so we could schedule it in advance or cancel the service.
The original tour operator did not pick me up as planned at the scheduled bus stop, nor did the tour operator make any effort whatsoever making any communication to me that they were going to be late or any communication at all. I had to contact the tour operator from a phone number that was provided by someone at the bus stop to set up Alternate Transport plans. The phone number provided on my ticket was useless. When I contacted the operator they ignored me and they did not listen to any of my requests. This was a breach of the terms and conditions that I signed off on when I agreed to be a customer otherwise the third-party operator did pick me up and transported me to my destination however, final thoughts this will be the last time that I travel with the.Krabi bus company
We got picked up at the given location, we drove to krabi and got droped off, only little thing was that the van was 10 minuts to late, so no 5 stars but still great service.
