Booked a van + ferry because it‘s usually the most comfortable and easiest way. Not with this one tho. We got picked up by a van and drove 20 minutes, than we had to get on a bus and wait for half an hour, than we had to get on the ferry and on Koh Samui get on another van. All in all we had to switch vehicles with our luggage way more often than we thought and it wasn‘t as smooth as expected.
Alles super organisiert.
Krabi Lomprayah Office was clean, so were the toilets. There was no communication on the bus at all. Not told how long the trip would take or if there were toilets on board or not.
Thankfully the first point of contact was very helpful. She clearly explained the journey’s various steps. However, if I wasn’t following th movement of the crowd I would have been left behind. Announcements are lacking when gathering at the different locations.
