I initially booked it for the day before, but I contacted 12Go and they were able to change the date without any penalties as I did so in advance. Later, I contacted the transport company to ask if there was a pickup point closer to my hotel, and they agreed to pick me up from there. This was so kind of them! The bus was comfortable and the driving was good — I was very satisfied.

In the bus was very cold, even I had no air conditioner above me (I was in the middle) & we switched off another one but still was very cold. No blankets.

I was confused about where pickup was supposed to be due to roadworks so I tried to contact them multiple times and all attempts failed. They later contacted me half an hour after the bus was supposed to get to the pickup to see they had arrived and where I was. At this point in time due to no contact and the bus already 30 minutes late I gave up and booked another bus as I needed to move to the next place. They also offer no refunds for any type of cancellation was your ticket is confirmed

Fantastic experience from the second we booked, on the day of the bus Phạm quốc messaged us to explain everything and the arrival time and location of our bus, then message us after our departure time to make sure we had got on our bus and we were happy with everything and scans to be cautious of when getting off the bus, he then message us with all of activity’s you want to do when you are in Hoi An with such good prices (cheaper than booking everything yourself which I would normally do to save money bag packing). Organising them for us just made the who trip way more enjoyable cause sometimes the stress of organising takes away from the experience so having all that done without having to pay the more expensive price for group tours is a bag packers dream. The bus was so comfortable with so much space, bus collects you from an ideal point outside shops and cafes to pick bits up for the spin and 2 toilet break that don’t disturb you if you're sleeping, the most comfortable bus I’ve been on in 4 months of traveling and just such a great overall experience not having to stress on a travel day, highly recommend.
