Fiona I was told the pick up time was 3.30pm. The driver arrived at 3.10pm - super early and seemed angry at me for being late. Very odd. We then went to pick up the other passenger who wasn't there. Waited for 30 minutes for him. The driver was visibly frustrated. When he arrived, he apologised for being 10 minutes late, but his voucher had said a pick up time of between 3.30-3.45pm.
Once we were on our way the driver was happier, van was comfortable but we arrived without hassle. I'd just encourage the company to maybe take a look at their pick up times on the vouchers to make sure they're right.
The driver was frustrated, customers don't expect them to be arriving 20 minutes earlier. If they are, a simple WhatsApp message would be respectful.

Olivier Pit was a good drive without bumps. the only issue tho was how the driver treated a couple of spanish travelers who clearly didn't know Kolanta and even less the hotel they booked. they only had the address "Long Beach" and the driver just dropped them on the side of the road without help. But 5 minutes later he just drove back to the same spot for 2 more customers. Having a little bit of empathy and being nice with travelers would be really a plus. I hope he will consider next time, it was only 1 km drive for hime, 1km walk with luggage on foot is not the same.

Lucas MHonestly, I think the driver should avoid talking on the phone so much during the ride. He was on the phone for nearly the entire trip, without using hands-free, and speaking very loudly, which was disturbing for everyone. Besides being uncomfortable, it’s unsafe. I understand that driving every day can be monotonous, but that’s no reason to put passengers at risk. This kind of behavior is quite common in Thailand, but it really should be taken more seriously. There’s nothing positive about driving and talking on the phone at the same time.

Hamdi MDeparture delayed for 40min without explanation from the driver, until he receives a parcel. The driver made unexpected stops and didn't choose the short itinerary.

Christiaan AIt wasn’t very clear where to go, because the ticket said gate 15 in terminal 3, but it’s in terminal 2. The coordinates also show the wrong place. In the end we figured just to wait at gate 15, and that was correct.
The driver got there on time, the transfer went very smooth, within less than 2 hours we were at our Hotel in Koh Lanta.
Traveling as a couple, this option was a third of the price of a private transfer, and it takes the same amount of time. Can definitely recommend using this transfer.

Zara LPoor experience overall, we booked a taxi, ( so we thought we’d have a private car or something all to ourselves) however a mini bus pulled up that was full of people, the only seat left were 2 right at the back of the bus. It was incredibly cramped and the roof caved in in the corner meaning my boyfriend being over 6foot was constantly banging his head, to make matters worse we were completely surrounded by other people’s bags, to the point if there was an emergency we wouldn’t of been able to get out, the bags were not only piled up to the roof next to us but were also stacked down the isle, when we got to the pier and on to the ferry most people got off the bus to go to the toilet or stretch their legs, however we were completely trapped in our seat due to all the bags and the driver didn’t offer any help to let us off. When we got to our destination it was actually easier to get out the back door climbing over the bags than it was to get out by walking down the aisle).
The driver didn’t seem to know where he was going when it came to dropping people off at hotels as he kept going the wrong way and then making u-turns to the point people were getting in the front seat to give him direction. I’m sure for everyone else on the bus ( not completely trapped in by bags) the 2 and a half hour journey was tolerable but not for us.

Manuel KThe journey to Koh Lanta was very good. We were in a van with several people and several bags. The driver played Tetris with the bags and somehow we fit it all inside of the van.
One thing is recommended to change the location shown in the PDF voucher from one to go Asia and the pick up location is only partly correct. The location shown in the PDF voucher is wrong. The picture of the door or exit 15 is correct here I submit you the correct GPS data from Google maps with the correct location for the transfer pick up point. Another thing which is recommended is to cover or paint the vans with the correspondent logos of the transporting company, it can be sometimes a bit confusing to find the right van or bus.
