Pickup about 20 minutes before and that was fine for me. The backrest is a bit too short as it comprises of a headrest that is too low (and my body height is average for westerner standards) and I needed my jumper to sustain my lower back on my backrest. Also, the driver drives pretty fast and takes over in ways that are a bit scary at times... Other than that, he was helpful and the AC was working fine. I arrived on time and was the first to be dropped off on the route.

The driver stayed at a wrong spot. When he finally came to the gate that we were supposed to wait he was full. We had to go later in an eight person van with 13 people stacked onto each other. Two hours drive not sitting up straight. Definitely not for people over 40 and people with no Thai phone

Krabi hotel pick up to Koh Lanta. Friendly driver, the hotel collection and drop off saved a lot of hassle. There was some traffic, possibly to get onto the ferry, the journey time doubled but we knew this was a possibility so set our expectations. It’s an affordable and convenient service. For 5 stars ideally having more room for luggage as we were pretty packed in and having a more realistic journey time.
