Smooth pickup at the airport. However, agree with security concerns expressed by other reviewers. Also not great on communication, we were supposed to stay on the boat and travel to our destination yet ended up waiting on the hot pier in Koh Phi Phi for 45min for a new boat which was overcrowded. If it's choppy, you and your luggage will definitely get wet.

Clear pickup point at the airport. Driver come in with a sign. On our way to the boat 1 pickup and with the boat was great with nice view. All on time.
