Vanessa RThe bus arrived 10 minutes late and it was super cramped because of everyone's luggage. The driver was an excellent navigator he made sure that we all arrived to our destinations. I booked an airbnb which was difficult to translate but just ask your host to type it in Thai and everything should be alright. There is also a disclaimer in the voucher that says that they are not responsible for tardiness, so plan ahead when booking because it's true they cannot account for traffic conditions etc.

Clo CWe were the last in the van, so we got the back seats. Very little legroom. You can't sit up straight because it's so small, I'm 1m64 and my knees wouldn't fit. The front seats have much more space. The driver wasn't very nice at first, but in the end it got better. Departure almost on time, arrival late, but no big deal.
