Too much shouting. They drop you in a remote place then charge you an exorbitant fee for the bus to the ferry. I had a coach from the airport and paid 300 baht. They tried to charge 1000 baht to the ferry from their drop off point. If you use this service and are getting the fast ferry book pick up from the airport. It's a lot of waiting round that day but at least you'll feel like you're not being robbed.

I made a reserveation a ticket for transfer suratni airport bus+ferry+drop off my hotel around 11:30 on july 23, 2026. The price is 828THB + insurance 90THB. but I was provided only aurport bus+ferry from the agancy, which the agency contrect with 12go sameday at 1:30 23 july, 2026. The angency said that the price of airport+ferry is 520 THB. but I paid already 828THB include to drop off my hotel and they couldn't provide to drop off my hotel service. I asked to refund the rest of my money but they answered we don't get the money from you and you paid 12go that's way you need to ask 12go to refund the rest money. I sant a mail about this situation and want to refund the rest my money immediately but 12go doesn't any answer yet. If you don't refund the rest my money, it's kind of scam. I'm still waiting for your quick answer.

It was very hot and crowded in waiting area in Surat Thani pier. I think the ferry was overbooked as there were no seats inside and outside left for us. All people going to Ko Tao, Phangan and Samui were together. We had to sit on the floors inside. After transfer from the airport to the pier we had to wait for an hour for the ferry. It was so so experience.

The ferry was OK, but we booked additionally the transfer to the hotel and it was horrible. A lot of waiting time under the sun and no AC on the bus. We arrived way later than what was promised, with no explanation. I suggest to book only bus from airport + ferry, and then take a taxi.
