Daniela CThe ferry was OK, but we booked additionally the transfer to the hotel and it was horrible. A lot of waiting time under the sun and no AC on the bus. We arrived way later than what was promised, with no explanation. I suggest to book only bus from airport + ferry, and then take a taxi.

Jamie CIt was a smooth ride but honestly we would have been better off just paying when we arrived at the airport. Because we booked a specific time, when we arrived at the airport we had to wait for our exact bus (1 hour wait) if we didn't book a head it would have cost the same and we would have caught the earlier bus & ferry and arrived earlier

Amelie HThe physical journey is fine, the bus was clean and drove safely, as was the boat. Our main issue was with the signage / clarity on where we needed to go for each stop. We missed our original bus as we was in the wrong place (thankfully we was able to get the next one) simply because the information was not provided clearly. The contact details are not clear either and we could not get through to them. The other issue was when we arrived on the island trying to find our transfer was hard, we was given a sign to look for however it did not depart from this sign, instead another therefore it was hard to know if this was the intended included travel.

Diego AThe bus and the ferry were great. The company also sold us a shuttle pass to our hotel in Koh Samui and that was AWFUL. Do not buy that. They made us sit in a hot van for over an hour waiting for other passengers. Eventually we just left. Better to pay for your own grab than pay for that shuttle.

Rosita SOperator very helpful. Instructions were clear on what we should do next before board the ferry and after arrive at pier. Ferry was a lil bit delayed but overall the journey was smooth

Scott Excellent service, would recommend. Their office is located right outside the airport. We had no delays and were dropped off right at the entrance of the port.
