At the beginning everything seemed ok, there were only a few people on board. On departure from Bali we had 10 mins delay, which was acceptable. But once we arrived to destination (Nusa Penida, 20 mins late) we stayed another HOUR on board away from the dock waiting for God knows what. Then a small boat arrived, picked up our luggage and left to load them off directly on the sandy beach. We had to board another small boat which was supposed to do the same with us, but got stuck and started to fill with water. In the end we got one and half hour delay, wet shoes and clothes and a terrible experience.

Ride was comfortable and punctual. However, the luggage was left uncovered and therefore was fully soaked wet when we arrived at the destination. Very poor service since luggage is normally covered with a tarpaulin which was not done. All clothes were soaking wet.

Only Life Vests for around half the passengers on board. Very uncomfortable especially after a sinking boat only 2 weeks ago and heavy waves in the middle of the ocean. Also tiny boat with little space and almost no airflow.

The experience was extremely poor with 12go support being unhelpful and there being miscommunication about luggage storage. 12go didn't communicate well with service provider or the customer. The vehicle was uncomfortable with no exhaust or vents and hence no air flow. Every in the front was soaked in sweat and sleepy from lack of oxygen. Not to mention bags were wet. We were not given a warning about that

They gave us a receipt with 8:30 departure time and a ticket with 9:30 departure time boat. They sell a 30 minutes trip and it lasts 1h. Very bad experience.
