The onboarding was smoother than other fast oats, and they starting loading large luggage items around half an hour before the boat set off meaning we could depart on time. The boat itself felt slightly more cramped then other operators but overall the journey was smooth and the service was great.

Everything was fine on the way to and back from Nusa Penida. Both the ports are fine and you don't need to step in any water. The boats also both had fans, which is better than with some other companies that we have seen.
