20 mins delay on the 8am one, times need adjusting accordingly as they were all 15 mins delayed in the morning. On the way back at 5pm the experience was awful, the tickets were booked in advance but we still had to queue to pick up the pass same as everyone else, we spent extra 30mins which was very infuriating as we wanted to have a nice coffee and relax on the island, was pointless and time consuming to book the tickets in advance. The ride back was overfilled with extra people, they had chairs added in the middle. Due to this none of us were given life vests and the ride was terrifying because of the big waves, it was water splashing inside and I thought we will not make it alive. On top of this was no escape route due to the people blocking the corridor. Glad to be alive, awful experience on the speedboat.

The speedboat from company Billabong had a hour delay even though the whole boat was boarded, we just sat in harbour for a good hour, without noone telling us when we going to set. No AC, no help, just heat and sweat. Strongly not recommended

Pretty much what most people say. If the ocean is smooth and they are on time, It works fine. We booked Sanur Harbor to Nusa Penida (Maruti Port I think). Boat left like 15 minutes late, but travel time was accurate. Cabin on boat is hot, and there are fans, but they don’t work. So maybe fix those with the money you make running a business??? And offloading rolling luggage onto floating dock at Nusa was a little nerve wracking since it was moving with the waves. But, ultimately everything worked out fine for us. (Tip: sit near the back of the boat if you get seasick, and take seasick medication if you have any)
