Worst compagnie. I got there 10 minutes before my boat has to go. I did not know we have to come before it cas shonw properly on my ticket. Whebn i came tonthe office on the 30th septembre at 2pm the lady was rude to me and she even does not want to speak to me or help. I left i took an other compagnie. Never again with this stolen compagnie

The company is great, they’re very flexible so even though on the way there we missed our ferry. They said no problem. You can go on the next one. Also, on the way back the family split and they told us it would be no problem. That half of us go back one day and the other half the other day. Very happy with the service.

It was a bit disorganised, the staff grunted at us, didnt give full direction, everything was decided ad hoc from check in, to arrival to the departure gate, leaving 10 min late, and it was not a 25 min ride but a 45min one. Then they were unloading the bags for a long time before letting us out on the dick. Generally a bit disorganised.
