The company is great, they’re very flexible so even though on the way there we missed our ferry. They said no problem. You can go on the next one. Also, on the way back the family split and they told us it would be no problem. That half of us go back one day and the other half the other day. Very happy with the service.

It was a bit disorganised, the staff grunted at us, didnt give full direction, everything was decided ad hoc from check in, to arrival to the departure gate, leaving 10 min late, and it was not a 25 min ride but a 45min one. Then they were unloading the bags for a long time before letting us out on the dick. Generally a bit disorganised.

We booked a trip at 9.30. We arrived at the check in Office at 9.25 and they told me that I couldn’t do the check in as the boarding was already closed. They were very kind to switch our ticket to the next one at 11.00, for free. However we noticed that this boat completed the boarding at 11.30, 30 mins after the expected time! This means that we would have made it at 9.30 as well! But they made us wait 1.30h more for the next boat. Moreover it is not clear that the time reported on the ticket is not the time of departure but the time of the boarding!
