I purchased a fast boat ticket through your platform with Semabu from Sanur to Nusa Penida. When we arrived at Semabu’s ticket counter, we were informed that they no longer work with 12go Asia and that our ticket was not valid. We were forced to buy new tickets in order to travel. This means the service we purchased was not provided. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid.

The boat left 30 minutes later as planned. Additionally we had to wait long time to get a landing stage . We actually should arrive 9:30 @ the harbour and finally arrived 10:30. Our driver was waiting for 1 hour. Additionally we did not arrive at the correct harbour. It was just the one next to it, however big confusion nad took us a while to get connected with the driver. So 1 hour less time for the east tour on the island.

I tried to check in about 1.5hrs before departure unit they kept me waiting for half an hour without explanation: “please wait, please wait”. It turns out I have been bumped and booked into another operator (Axestone) without any consultation. I had booked Maruti because of its reputation and relatively larger boat size, so being bumped without any explanation was irksome to say the least.

Unclear if harbour was open and operative, but with direct contact via WA we got confirmation in the morning departure was 30 minutes late, but boat was fast and within 45 minutes direct from Bali to Nusa Penida.
