I had a good experience with the Angkal fast boat. I took the boat of 10:30 from Sanur to Nusa Penida and the boat ride was pretty smooth. I only think the 1 h arrival time before the boat leaves is quite long, as i had to wait for like 45min.

The reason I’m giving four star is because we booked a ferry at 11 AM but due to traffic we were not able to catch the ferry, but the operator was kind enough to move us to the next boat that was at 1 PM which was really great. I have removed one star because the seats were not comfortable and were very high and you cannot keep your feet on the floor so for 45 minutes my feet were hanging up and it’s a bit uncomfortable if the journey is long and also there was no AC in the boat.

Just very smooth experience, friendly staff, ac was not too musc, so I enjoyed the ride a lot. Clm waters were a help to the good experience 😊 Only thing, I received a mail the day before departure that boat would depart at 9.30 instead of 10.00 as pronounced on the ticket. But in the end we did not depart before 10.00 anyway 😅 Anyway a small matter and I do not care 😊
