Sanur to Nusa Penida Destination Reviews

EP
Very bad experience, the suitcase and everything inside were absolutely wet as if they dropped it into the ocean. No excuses, no compensation from the company while part of the goods were spoiled completely. Only police can help I believe. Never use this irresponsible company.

Simple, easy and well priced way to book transfers to the islands. Boat was late arriving but the trip was smooth and well organised. A little hot and cramped on the boat, but that is to be expected with any of the companies offering transfers. Will definitely use again.

30 minutes delay without any reason

The on-site check-in and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. The boat was very old and broken, and there were more people on it than there were actually seats. Even afterward, our suitcases were wet inside because they had been left outside in the rain. The boat had to stop twice during the trip because the engine stalled.

There‘s a lot of boats leaving at the same time. So there are many people waiting at the harbor and boarding the boats together - everything's a bit chaotic.

We arrived 20 minutes late and there was no information about the delay. But over all, it was a good experience. Especially the check in was a nice experience. We were able to leave our luggage at the ticket counter and pick it up at our destination port.

Ok boat trip. No aircondition and was asked to pay more if you’d had wanted to sit on the sun deck. We left 20 minutes late. Not the worst experience but not the best either.
