To check in, one has to scan the ticket, go up an escalator and then scan again and then go down again. Very cumbersome, unnecessary and -in our experience- life-threatening! The escalator is not designed for passengers with luggage (strange, it is a terminal for a ferry). My wife fell down the escalator with luggage and injured herself. There are no first-aid workers. No one could take adequate action. There was not even a first-aid kit available. Fortunately, there was a staff member who felt responsible and made sure the tickets were rebooked to a later crossing. This one also ended up getting some ice cinema to cool the swelling. This employee also helped us with the luggage and was helpful. One of the other travellers became seasick during the crossing and vomited. There were no rubbish bags available. As a result, everything ended up on the floor and spread across the floor. Very distasteful.

We leave 20 minutes late, and the worst thing it's that the boat didn't have air conditioner. I think happens exactly the same with the other companies. I would buy the tickets with them If I have to come back to Nusa Penida. Great company
