They didn't give mineral water which was involved the voucher. The fast boat was on time as provided. Good advice by captain on timelines. Luggage was handled by them from check up point.

This trip lasted 7 and a half hours and we had to go on three different boats. Very little communication or apology from the staff.

it was verry bad trip. on nusa penida they transfer us to anothe ferry which was incredibly slowly. whole trip from bali to gili t took a bit more than 6h. it’s terrible for your price and promises as 3-3,5h

I travelled from Canggu to Lombok and the experience was great. I was collected exactly at the stated time by a driver in a private car and driven to the port. Staff were friendly at check in and the boat departed on time. There was good airflow in the boat with windows open and it was a relatively comfortable ride. We were a little late arriving Lombok due to congestion at the harbours on the Gili Islands, but I felt the whole trip went very smoothly and was excellent value for money.

Our pick-up was an hour late so had to be transported to an alternative port. After arrival at port we were informed that the two surfboards would attract a fee of IDR100 000 each, rather than the IDR50 000 each we were told on our email with the provider. The port office backed down, but we were not given a receipt for this payment. The boat only left the port 15 minutes late, it was packed. Fortunately the weather was mild, so we had a comfortable journey on top of the ferry.

The trip was okay, we started on time, but arrived 30 minutes late. At the port the check in was fine, but on the way to the boat the communication was a little bad, we stood in the wrong queue. On board was a toilet, but dirty and not nice.

So Eka was great, his boat was nice, AC and fans were working, MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL - they care about safety. Yes they are mostly at max capacity, sometimes not, but they don't go above the safe number of passengers allowed. And they work hard!! Great people, great company.

Pros: Organized Boarding: The boarding process at Matahari Terbit Port in Sanur was well-organized, ensuring a smooth start to the trip. Spacious & Comfortable Seats: The boat provided ample and comfortable seating, which is a significant plus for a 3-hour journey. Air-Conditioned: The presence of air conditioning contributed to a more pleasant environment onboard. Smooth Ride: The ride was smooth, though it's important to remember that sea conditions are weather-dependent. Onboard Restroom: A small restroom was available on the boat, which is convenient for longer trips. Cons: Unclear Stops: The main issue encountered was the lack of clear communication regarding intermediate stops. It was only learned upon boarding that the boat would be making two stops (Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan) before reaching Gili Trawangan. This added unexpected time to the journey. Tourist Tax: Upon arrival at Gili Trawangan, a tourist tax was required (10,000 IDR for locals, 20,000 IDR for foreigners). This is an additional cost to factor in.
