Emily Pretty much what most people say. If the ocean is smooth and they are on time, It works fine. We booked Sanur Harbor to Nusa Penida (Maruti Port I think). Boat left like 15 minutes late, but travel time was accurate. Cabin on boat is hot, and there are fans, but they don’t work. So maybe fix those with the money you make running a business??? And offloading rolling luggage onto floating dock at Nusa was a little nerve wracking since it was moving with the waves. But, ultimately everything worked out fine for us. (Tip: sit near the back of the boat if you get seasick, and take seasick medication if you have any)
