We took the bus from Phnom Penh to Go Chi Minh. Their office location in Phnom Penh is a bit hard to find, and the operators do not speak a lot of English, but they helped us find a printer so that we could print out our Vietnam E-Visas. I think they should check with all the passengers that they have visas, because some people didn't have it and had to leave the bus at the boarder. Bus was comfortable enough, bus toilet was usable, and made a couple stops to eat or stretch legs. Would use them again.

Very very comfortable bus. Great soft seats that recline and massage. Much better than any other bus or plane. Bit of traffic so arrived a bit late but didn’t bother anyway because the bus was very comfy. The staff & drivers were amazing and even provided both lunch & dinner and were very helpful at the border Thoroughly recommend this bus to anyone

Departure on time - less person than seats, so we had enough space - not too cold inside - easy border crossing - stop in the afternoon for food, but not for dinner

Instead of the expected large Bus, we ended up in a mini-van without any prior communication. The legroom at the very front, where I was seated, was not much comfortable. What concerned me most, however, was the driver’s dangerous driving style. He honked excessively and often drove in a way that felt unsafe. On the positive side, he was friendly.
