Andrea MInstead of the expected large Bus, we ended up in a mini-van without any prior communication. The legroom at the very front, where I was seated, was not much comfortable.
What concerned me most, however, was the driver’s dangerous driving style. He honked excessively and often drove in a way that felt unsafe. On the positive side, he was friendly.

Joseph BWe have travelled with Giant Ibis on SIX different occasions. Normally they are fantastic. This trip wasn’t - we left on time, but had some sort of bus breakdown. This could have been bad luck or poor vehicle maintenance. We weren’t updated as to what was happening, how long the delay would be - the bus host was quite poor throughout, not communicating at all with the customers, except for the border crossing (which was very smooth). Stopped for lunch at the border, where the only choice was very poor but expensive food. Arrived an hour late, which was not clear until we arrived and no apology. Bus is so comfortable though!

Matin LStaff were friendly, very streamlined border crossing, busses well maintained.
BUT the seats comes with a fixed headrest that's cutting into your shoulders if you're 180. That makes the seats quite uncomfortable for most Europeans. If there was a way to remove/flip the headrest back over the seats it would be an amazing win. As a straight seat would be miles better.

David MGreat service from start to finish staff onboard the bus serving refreshments. Also guided us through the visa process between Cambodia and Vietnam. We have used this company a couple of times now and can honestly say their service is second to none.

Layla RStaff were friendly and helpful at boarder crossing. Not the most comfortable journey as still on a mini bus but got free water and stopped a couple of times for the toilet.

Jacob - bus driver honks constantly, so bring good earplugs,
- and try to reserve seats closer to the back, but not the very back as then your sleeping beside folks with no barrier.
- small water provided.
- bus driver and helper didn't speak English,
- but thankfully I decided to get off on the second break as there was free dinner (rice with 2 choices of meat or vegetable dish in a no-frills company canteen).
-Smooth processing at border.
- yes, they will take your passport and e-VISA if applicable (they printed it out for me before departure). probably could keep a closer eye on them as I just saw mine sitting in a basket by the bus entry/door but I guess no one on the bus would steal it(?)
- bus driver and his helper are efficient and friendly.
- no wearing shoes on the bus, they give you garbage bag to hold them instead and sandals if you wish.
