Departure on time, arrival early. No problem crossing border on my trip from Phnom Penh to HCMC. Toilet on board. Wifi was working (at the end of the trip, only tried it after we entered Cambodia.)

Pick up pretty smooth, after that downhill Driver did not communicate at all,he stopped at various places just outside the City and picked up some random people who then took up the spare seats. Obviously a hustle! They were then dropped off at various places along the route He stopped the bus, left the engine running on two subsequent occasionsand got out without explaining it was a rest stop? There was only one bottle of water on an eight hour journey given,no snacks provided despite it being advertised on the website. When we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City he made no announcement that we had arrived at our destination,it only became obvious when he got off the bus and stareted to unload everyone’s luggage This was on the side of a busy street with what appeared to no organisation Certainly would not reccomend if this is the standard

We traveled between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh City, and it took about 7 hours. We took a morning bus, which departed on time. They provided water and a croissant. The staff were kind and helped everyone at the border crossing. The bus was comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned.

It was very easy to book. I did think that the seats recline all the way so it would be easier to sleep. But they only recliner half way to level. Everything said it would be about 6 hours from point A to point B. It took 9 hours. But not the bus lines fault. There's was traffic from the time after crossing the border all the way to destination. But the staff was very nice and knowledgeable from beginning to end.
