The bus itself and the journey were good, however the driver did not drop us off at the destination we had booked it for. Ended up a 40 minute walk away from our hostel at 4am and he refused to drive us to the correct stop.

Overall a smooth trip. Started 20 minutes late but arrived on time. Bus was clean and in good condition. Dislike not having a clue about when it will stop for bathroom/food. The one stop we made had clean enough bathrooms but the restaurant was unappealing. Limited packages snacks for sale.

Rude personal. First 1,5 hour 3 stops. Then no stop anymore. Somebody asked for toilet. They refused that. Beds were good.

Was supposed to be a 6 hour journey got picked up an hour and 45 minutes late and took 4 extra hours as the drivers were stopping off for unrelated stops not telling the passengers, delivering parcels and picking up un registered passengers from random stops.

Have been on many sleeper buses and they all usually stop at least every 2 hours and that’s overnight. This was a day time bus when your body is awake too, so we had 1 stop for over 20 minutes an hour in to the trip, then didn’t stop at all for the rest of the trip, over 5 hours with no toilet stop. At least 6 of us needed to go and when I asked the driver he got very angry with us! This is not safe to go 5 hours without stopping at all. Very bad service. How a driver can drive for over 5 hours without a stop is not safe either.

Very comfortable bus. The bus left about 30 minutes prior to the schedule time. I received a message via WhatsApp the day before informing me of the change. Overall, pleasant experience.
