2 hours longer for a 6 h trip. Staff smoking inside buss. 3 hours of honking, no chance to rest. Food break 1 hour just needed 30 min. :-(

The bus arrived to late. The driver drove like crazy and honk all the time. Even if there wasn't someone in front of us. The bus smelled like old steam from cigarette. Arrival at the destination was two hours to late.

The operator’s support and service were great but the driver was driving aggressively and “shaky”. We traveled with other similar buses before and didn’t experience such driving style.

I took the 8 PM cabin bus from Ninh Binh to Phong Nha. Communication was great, I got a WhatsApp message the day before asking where the shuttle should pick me up. The shuttle brought us about 15 minutes to the bus office. The bus left around 30 minutes late, but we still arrived in phong nha on time. The also loaded a bunch of styrofoam boxes into the bus which made very little room for our bags. There is only one bathroom stop for the whole 6 hour trip, and it was literally 10 minutes in. So we went 5.5 hours with no toilet break. Fine if you’re sleeping or dehydrated, but I imagine it can be tough for some people. Otherwise, bus was very clean, company seemed organized, and arrived on time.
