Was supposed to be a 6 hour journey got picked up an hour and 45 minutes late and took 4 extra hours as the drivers were stopping off for unrelated stops not telling the passengers, delivering parcels and picking up un registered passengers from random stops.

Have been on many sleeper buses and they all usually stop at least every 2 hours and that’s overnight. This was a day time bus when your body is awake too, so we had 1 stop for over 20 minutes an hour in to the trip, then didn’t stop at all for the rest of the trip, over 5 hours with no toilet stop. At least 6 of us needed to go and when I asked the driver he got very angry with us! This is not safe to go 5 hours without stopping at all. Very bad service. How a driver can drive for over 5 hours without a stop is not safe either.

Overall Bus was 4 hours late. Made may stops Pick Up was false and hat to wait 1,5h until someone came to pick us up. No real Description of the Bus or where it would stop.

Very nice, they picked up from the hotel, unfortunately there was a strange smell in the bus and all my clothes were soaked in it after the ride.

I booked a bus for 10:30. Later I received a message that the bus was full and I would have to take the next one 3 hours later. The bus then took not 6.5 hours, but over 9 hours.
