It was supposed to be a 7am bus, left at 8am. Made us be there for 7:30. Got to phong nha an hour late too. Stopped randomly so many times. Bus was smelly and poorly kept. Bus man also throwing the bags around with little respect for our things when loading them

Good bus we took the cabin 20. It was a little more uncomfortable than others and we didn’t stop for dinner - just a bathroom. We were also running ahead of schedule when the bus stopped for 45 minutes on the side of the road and the drivers got off… :(

Bus driver was an hour late, no communication from 12Go about any change of time or cancellation. Poor communication when the bus arrived. The two times the bus stopped there was not much edible food to buy compared to any other bus we have been on before they usually stop at a place with lots of food options

The pick-up location was different to what was stated on 12Go, so we all had to walk there with our bags. Beds are tiny on the bus, in length and width, much smaller than others I’ve been on. The male drivers were super loud all night, talking to each other, talking on their phones, watching videos on their phones. I unfortunately had the bed in the front row so they kept me awake all night. One actually lay down in the aisle next to my bed, and as the layout of the bus is so tiny his body was right next to mine, made me feel super weird and uncomfortable. I had to ask him multiple times if he could stop watching videos on his phone. Bus also didn’t take us to the drop off location, but they did organise a taxi to take us there.

Wide berth, good AC. Looks like the length of the berth is good for a person up to 175 cm. I am 168 cm, it was comfortable for me.
