Clean and comfortable sleeper that arrived on time. A lot of evening buses from Ninh Binh to Phong Nha seemed to arrive very late, but we made our 1AM arrival time and were able to have our full night in Phong Nha.

We did the Tam Coc - Phong Nha trip. The bus was clean, 2 stops for toilets. It took us 6h of drive. First experience for us in a sleeping bus: we did it during the day, it is not very quiet.

We left 1.5 hours late, there was nobody to help at the departure station. The drivers were smoking in the bus and we did not stop for 5 hours. We did arrive 1.5 hours earlier than expected (even with the delay), but it was not a comfortable ride.

Bus was 1,5 hours late but the rest of the ride was comfortable. No stops but it was fine bus there was a toilet on board. We arrived only 30min late at our destination! Staff was friendly , thankyou for that!!!! Big pluss

The bus departed with a 45 minute delay from Tam Coc. The bus was luxurious and comfortable, but the drivers forgot to wake me up to come out at my stop (Phong Nha), and as a result I had to wait for 90 minutes at the last stop 4 hours away (Hue), in order to take another bus that would drive me back and drop me off at my destination. This resulted in an unnecessary loss of 10 hours for me.
