The trip was a complete disaster. Not only did we have to wait for the bus for almost an hour in the sun, but we were also dropped off in the middle of nowhere without warning. No one spoke English or was willing to communicate with us using Google Translate. We were then taken to another bus that was much less comfortable. We stopped somewhere every 10 minutes and ended up being almost 4 hours late. On the first trip, they refused to let us take a toilet break until I was crying in pain. I really thought I was going to have to urinate in a plastic bag. Never again.

It was the worst experience I’ve had on a sleeper bus. Absolutely awful.

We got assigned seats randomly, so me and my fiancee were separated, even though our seats were supposed to be next to each other. My seat in the last row on top was unbearable, it was cold like a fridge, the charger and lights didn't work, the curtain couldn't be closed completely. The bus is old and the interior smelly. The seatbelts were broken. For the vietnamese proportions, the driving wasn't too dangerous. The drivers were unfriendly and sexist. They denied a woman to go to the toilet while new passengers were checking in, although there was plenty of time. Instead, the driver locked the bus. He said he would allow a man to pee on the roadside but not let a woman go (there were toilets in the other side of the road and he knew that). The toilet stops were rare, only every 5 hours did the bus allow us to use a toilet. Also, the drivers woke up passengers at stops without a reason. They were very unorganised.

we started 20 min late and arrived almost three hour late not at the destination point but outside of Hoi An, where a very slow driver was waiting for us two and brought us to the bus station. just two stops in +11 hours from nha trang, the first was about 5 minutes and the second was +20 minute just 2h before arrival, after toilet we could not go back on the bus because they closed the door so we had to wait 20+ minutes because some of them were eating. plus the bus stopped a lot of times for delivering lot of packages outside the main road. our charging sockets and lights didn't work and some seats didn't even have the right socket.

The driver was very friendly. 2 stops for toilet were ok..This bus was very convient. I have booked one more. I could have some sleep. The wifi worked well. I can just recommend it. And the friendly operator sent me several WhatsApp up messeges and offered a pick up in the centef which was great. He then followed my trip and asked if I have reached the bus as it is waiting.. Really great. It did not happen on other rides.

The trip would have been very good, however the driver made the experience bad. He was driving really fast and then breaking hard, meaning we were being thrown around and he was using the horn excessively keeping us awake with the noise. All of this made it difficult to sleep, which is poor for a sleeper bus.
