The atenttion i received from the company on whatsapp was really helpful and they were really nice. The bus that showed Up was not from “ihome transfer”, it had the name of another company. The bus was ok, it was clean and comfortable. But the plugs didn’t work, the driver was so fast that you thought you were going to fall from your seat, and the staff was quite serious and rude, moving your luggage without telling you. I have travelled in this kind of buses in Vietnam and the experience was so much pleasant…

The driver on the first leg drove wildly, jerking, and braking hard. It was also annoying that there was no toilet on board and the driver and his assistant refused to stop after more than two hours of driving. The driver on the final/second leg drove much more calmly and pleasantly. The 3 stars are therefore mainly due to the second driver. The first half was only worth 1 star.

The actual journey was very good, but we arrived at the bus stop for 7.10 (for a 7.30 departure) to be told that it would be arriving at 8.30 instead! It would have been good to have been informed about this ahead of time.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves a warning to others. From start to finish, the trip was chaotic and stressful. The whole process felt incredibly rushed with zero clear communication. We were given no proper instructions, no updates, and the staff made no effort to help or explain what was going on. The drivers were flat-out rude and dismissive when we tried to ask questions. To make matters worse, the bus left without us, despite us being on time and trying to figure out where to board. There was no announcement, no final call, and absolutely no accountability from the company when we contacted them. A sleeper bus should be a relaxing and smooth way to travel, but this was anything but. If you value your time, money, or sanity, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Plenty of other operators do it better.
