Ferry was comfortable, departed and arrived on time, but the wait time between ferry and bus was too much, ladies at the counter were supposed to let me know that the bus arrived (because it was arriving late) and I had to reach out to them in order to know if the bus that was there was the right one

Train was comfortable. Much better than the outward journey which was in the same class but had no AC and was windy and noisy. Clean, toilets also.

The ferry trip was ok, no complaints there. The van to the train was delayed by around 20 minutes because we waited for other passengers that arrived on another ferry that docked at the same time the fan needed to leave. Needs to be better coordinating with scheduling the ferries and vans. A longer delay would’ve caused me to miss my train. The train ride wasn’t bad although I didn’t know that the lights wouldn’t be turned off during the trip which caused trouble sleeping.

It all worked out fine. Good, clean and big car- ferry. Bus waited at the ferry terminal for us and one other ferry later and brought us directly to the trainstation. We would book it again.

Be aware that you need to collect tickets in one location but you have to make your OWN way to the pier. With our other transfer (through different company) that was not the case luckily the taxi was still there so we could load everything back in and he took us to the pier. Other than that got from one end to the other with no dramas.
