the trip was very well organized, didnt have to wait long for transfers. only thing that was shitty was the busstop after like 10mins where they told us to buy something, the shop was very overprized and cooperates with the phantip travel organization to maximize the costs

Ferry was fine. Paid for VIP room. My suitcase was taken from me and I was told to leave it inside the ferry. It was not unloaded with other bags and left on pier. Had to wait until all other guests were off before I could go back in for my bag. Van driver was not waiting as per video. Had to search for correct van. Van was overcrowded. Seats were uncomfortable. Driver was not friendly.

All good except a delay between ferry and coach but think they possibly was to do with a couple on the coach who maybe shouldn’t have been as others due to be on coach were left waiting so our coach left late. Nesbit to arrive in Ao nang at 5.10 but arrived at 7pm

The journey, which was supposed to take less than four hours, ended up taking over seven. First, we waited a very long time for the last passengers, who didn't care about the pickup time and likely went to eat lunch while the rest waited in the heat. Then, a three-hour journey without a single break in the most uncomfortable seat I've ever sat in. Upon reaching Ao Nang, the driver asked us (!) to determine whose hotel was closest and who would get off first. The driver had plenty of time for this, but he preferred to smoke cigarettes with his friends. Of course, he spoke zero English. It was a dramatic journey.
