We went from Ao nang to Phuket. The pick up was on time and we were transferred to Krabi bus station with a mini van. Here, the driver bought us a ticket for a bus to Phuket and showed us the platform for our bus. We arrived about 1 hour late in Phuket, but since we were not in a rush this was completly fine for us.

Great experience. Driver was at hotel lobby 15 minutes early. Drove us from door to door in the mentioned time. Stopped at a gas station in between for us to buy some snacks and use facilities.

Transfer was described as a minivan. We were picked up by a minivan which dropped us at the public bus station in Krabi. From there the minivan driver purchased us a bus ticket and drove away. As a result of catching the public bus we were 1 hour & 5 mins late to the destination based on the arrival time quoted on 12go booking confirmation. During booking I was led to believe we were booking a minivan for the entire trip. No mention of public bus or transferring vehicles. Disappointing.
