Seamless transfers. DO NOT be like me and make the mistake of not read the booking information which says to collect your tickets from Phantip office before arriving at the pier- thankfully there are taxi mopeds which can take you there and back quickly if needed. Ferry, coach and minibus were comfortable. The journey didn’t feel long at all and we arrived a little earlier than planned. Would use this service again. 1 star less for the face that we had to pay an extra 200baht for a slightly larger suitcase- even though we were 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) travelling with 3 cases. I think they should be mindful of this and make allowances.

All well explained. Easily got the ferry tickets at Na thon. Then, we easily found the driver at Donsak (along with the other passengers) and he dropped us at our hotel in Ao Nang, which was 1 min away from Ao Nang McDonald's... Everything was very well organised and the driver helpful.
