One time the bus even drove in the wrong direction and it had to turn and another time the bus went into the opposite direction for 15 minutes, because they forgot to pickup two passengers. Then we left the bus and continued the tour by a taxi.

Then when loading a bag from a customer, He trew it without care, the bag touched on the head of another customer. The ride was not enjoyable, as he drove fast and was using the breaks too strong.

The drive itself was crazy though. Jumping from the seat all the time, going into risky situations, not comfortable at all.
There were many stops on the road, seemed like the driver picked up some friends... I don't know, driving from start to finish with a single stop nicely would be much more comfortable than driving like a crazy man and stopping 5 times

Linda MThe train was very comfortable and the scenery was great - try to be on the left side of the train (views down the cliff face) and not right at the front or back (no overhead storage). We didn’t see an option to pick seats when booking , but we didn’t really look. Drinks and food are available for purchase. Overall a great experience.
