Tet QThe pick-up point was literally just a location at the side of the road, no office we can ask for any assistance. Contact numbers were not working, even messaged fb official page, no response. There's no way to confirm the trip even existed in the first place. We were there on time, multiple vans passed by but no indication it was the one we booked, as it did not stop. We ended up buying another trip on the spot just so we could go home. It was almost an hour then since our booked trip back. Do not book here if you don't like being stressed. Better book a trip for shared vans on the spot, there's a travel office nearby that has almost hourly trips and they can guarantee your spot and existence of the trip as there are staff and waiting area. We paid the same amount as this online booking, except it was cash. Somehow this felt like a scam.

Botond STrain was on time, quite comfortable trip with beautiful views. I had luck and received my seat (by coincidence) to the left hand side next to the window. Best place to enjoy the panorama. Once at the station, you don’t need to exchange your ticket, you should directly go to the waiting room assigned to your train. (When purchasing the ticket, the platform showed that I would receive it x days before the trip, this didn’t happen, but I received it still on time.)

Petr JIt was pretty good. The operator contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup and offer the option to adjust the pick-up and drop-off locations. As a result, we were able to make a stop right in front of our hotel.
