First time using 12go asia, i booked the date after tomorrow instead of tomorrow by mistake, this van operator wanted me to pay for a new ticket, knowing that I already paid for one with the wrong date by mistake. No cancellation or refund was given. If things go well, there is probably no issue, but when you pay in advance on 12go Asia, you put yourself in a bad situation in case something goes wrong, and they will not cancel your booking or refund you. You have no guarantee, only extra stress, because you pay in advance. I think it should be avoided, and just get a ride on the spot, paying only when getting the ride, not in advance.

For some reason every paasenger in the car got dropped off to their destination but I had to walk to mine from the last stop. Driver couldn't just drive another 5min to drop me off to mine.

We took a van to the Da Nang airport from Hue. The driver showed up 30 minutes late (we were the first to get in the car).We arrived ONE HOUR after the initial arrival time to the airport. Altogether we spent 3.5 hours to get to a location 2 hours away. Not okay. Would not use again. The pros were a responsive WhatsApp operator and that they picked us up from our hotel (only reason this is 2 stars not 1).

The driver arrived earlier, which was good, however the arrival time was the same. The back seats are not so comfy unfortunately, but the driver seemed to be driving safely and the van was clean

Received a message at noon the day of pickup stating a pickup time one hour before our scheduled time. Then, two hours before the scheduled pickup time I received a call and text that my driver was waiting. We made it work since we feared that we’d be stranded.
