Sarah LWorst company, please don’t book with them. We paid for a limousine from Hue to Da nang, and when the car showed up it was just a 7 seater. When we asked why, they said it was because te limousine was undergoing repairs, but we were not told in advance, so very sceptical about the truth in this. To add to this we eventuality picked up what looked like a friend of the driver (which kept screaming in our ears for 2 hours), so we ended up being 8 in a 7 seater. We complained about this and ended having no compensation whatsoever, not even the price difference between the limo and car. Oh, and of course we arrived almost an hour late.
