Well organized (pick up and dropp off) But what they dont tell you is that you might not get the services (wifi or good seat) because they fill the minibus till the front seat next to driver. Not great to be pack with no much space, nor comfort, electricity plug etc.. That being said for 2h, you can enjoy the view 😉

Train 90 minutes late, delayed another hour on route. Seats are small and uncomfortable and it was very hot even with air conditioning. For a trip that lonely planet say is one of the best 10 rail journeys in the world we found it very disappointing. We were happy to get off the train and if we come back to vietnam we will either book cabins or take the bus.

The mini limo bus is a very comfortable and convenient with the hotel pick up. The thing we did not like is that on the pictures there are couch like seats, in reality there are 4 of the big couch seats and then 5 smaller seats (two in front with driver, three at the back). On my seat the seatbelt was also broken. Additionally, the driver we had drove way too fast making the route very bumpy especially without the seatbelt and he made several personal stops along the way.

The car did peeping noises every 15 seconds on a 2 hour drive. That was absolutely annoying. The seatbelt on my husbands seat was missing, so that he was thrown up with every bump on the road.

Ride was good and we reached quickly but the pick up info is not detailed enough for foreigners. Pick up area is very vague and no vehicle info was given. The car was also 25 minutes late. You have to call and confirm details, which is difficult if you don’t speak Vietnamese or have a local sim card.

No seat belts, no communication, car was lacking maintenance... we made it but it was not a relaxing trip ... driver was very aggressive on the road... maybe a vietaese thing...
