We were not informed that there would be transfers of vehicle. Shuttle between Hoi An and Danang took very long with multiple pick ups in the residential area which we were not informed about. Finally on the sleeper bus from Danang, we were expecting to go straight to Sapa which again was not the case, we had to transfer again at 530am to another sleeper bus via Hanoi. Due to weather we were delayed 9hrs. We stopped at a bus break stop for supposed 30mins but ended up being there for 4hrs due to uncertainty of the weather and landslides which is fine because of safety. However, no staff member attempted to inform the passengers in what was happening.

Communication with the travel agency was perfect. Quick and good with answers. However the bus-staff was so bad at giving information, actually we didnt get any at all, we just had to guess. They did not speak english, got irritated if we where too slow in the toilet even though they did not inform us at all. Once i almost had to run in front of the bus to make it wait for my girlfriend who was in the toilet. And again i was met with an irritated attitude. Luckily we woke up when the bus stopped for breakfast... If we had not, just too bad for us, and nothing to eat. Yet again the agency communication is definitely worthy of 5 starts, but unfortunately we will not recommend thanks to the rude staff.
