Hoi An to Hanoi Destination Reviews

The driver was nice and the seats were clean. However, there were empty water bottles in some of them. I didn't have any water etc. on my seat. Communication was minimal. We were dropped off at some car park in Hanoi, which was not specified as the arrival point. I had to organise a taxi to get into the city. The extra costs were not planned for and, as a woman travelling alone, it was not a pleasant experience.

He tried dropping us off half way. We told him our final destination was Hanoi. The bus needed an oil change we were told would put us 20min behind. That’s okay. But we ended up an hour and a half late before he pulled over 40min away from the drop off point that was on our ticket. In the middle of nowhere. Until we demanded he either drive us or get us a car. We tried asking if the bus was broken he just sucked his teeth at us. The ride overall was spacious though

A weird drive but we arrived. Bus was comfortable but the fact that we only stopped one time for a toilet break (after ten hours) was horrible.

Good communication mostly. The announcement as we entered Hanoi was a little misleading as it said we would need a shuttle to the centre but we didn't. We arrived 2.5 hours early. I was surprised that for a journey over 12 hours, there was only one bus driver all the way. It seems too long for one person only.

Very good, the driver was very nice, we had a lot of breaks on the way with clean toilets and a place to eat, the woke me up when we arrived in Hanoi, although it was 1h30 earlier than what was planned, and I had to book an hotel for the rest of my night, at 4:30am. I forgot my raincoat in the bus and I tried to reach for the company to get it back but I don't have any answer from them ... Overall, it was a very good experience, I could rest, the AC was perfect, blankets, space and curtains were here like on the pictures. Thank you !

The man Who was during the trip on the bus, Who check the bording pass, was absolutly disgasting. He opened the cortain of my sit twice without say something, just opening. He scared me. Is unnaceptable. He didn't give us information about nothing. When we arrive to hanoi, they left us in the middle of the street, almost without time to put our shoes and I asked him about a taxi and he didnt answer me. We are not animals. TERRIBLE!!! BECAUSE OF HIM WE CHANGED AND WE ARE USING ANOTHER COMPANY TO CONTINUE OUR TRIP. It's a pity because the bus is pretty good and clean. Maybe you have to think about put pillows, real pillows because it seems you are going to sleep better than you sleep. But all of that don't care if you have workers like him.
