I almost vomited four times. I had to hold my hand in front of my mouth. I had a top bunk seat and the driver was really shaky and bunk, additionally to all the honkings and abrupt slowing downs... I couldn't sleep and had to check in early into a Hostel to sleep in the morning.

Ho chi minh to dalat sleeper bus experience... I have travel most of SE Asia in many forms of local and tourist transport. Starting with the best feature..the beds were spacious and comfortable. Really this was the only good thing... Prior to boarding the staff at check in confirmed that wifi was on the bus.....NO IT WAS NOT..this left us unable to connect to internet to ensure apps like Google translate will help if need to ask questions.the usb ports in both beds didn't work..the massage feature didn't work. The announcements when played were only in Vietnamese, the staff were Rude, unhelpful, and really didn't care. Luckily at 1 stop someone else explained what was happening... upon arrival...1.5hrs late.... our backpacks were dropped in a puddle of water with other bads piled ontop to keep them dry...... then to top it all off we were "dumped" at the end and left on the side of the road whilst all the other travelers (locals) were ushered onto waiting minivan and left without any care for our safety or help ... terrible experience indeed.

very helpful staf at the counter. willing to wait to the last minute for our party to arrive. the transfer from pickup bus to sleeper bus was sketchy and chaostic with minimal instructions on which bus to transfer to.

Overall a great ride. Took the 6pm bus and we had 1 toilet stop around 7pm, 1 dinner stop around 8pm and another toilet stop around 10pm.

I was expecting 7.30am arrival. Unfortunately actual arrival time was 4am. I was left sitting on the road in the rain waiting for everything to open. If I had known that arrival time I would have taken the day bus.

This was the most uncomfortable ride ever. There’s no toilets on the bus and the bus driver could be a little more gentle on the turns and stops. I was sliding in my compartment holding on for my life, the bus driver talked to his counterpart so loudly. Upon exiting the bus there were guys asking us where we’re going and hounding us for rides. I guess all the buses are the same because there’s only one way to da lat.

The bus was confortable and clean. Didn't have problems. However, I'm tall so I couldn’t fully stretch my legs which wasn't really comfortable.
