The bus was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the customer service.

Staff were extremely rude when anyone asked them a question. Such as how long is this break. They would just shout at us to hurry up and eat or go to the toilet. I fell asleep and it was only for another solo traveller waking me up that I got off at the right stop or else they would have kept going despite asking me previously where I was aiming to go to. Very disorganised.

I have never left a bad review before but feel like I have to. First we had a 1.5hr transfer to our bus. This was far from the departure location they told us. I tried to contact the business via WhatsApp, which we had been previously talking on and they did not reply at all. For a VIP luxury buss, our beds did not lay flat, charging ports did not work, Tv did not work and the beds were unclean. We did not stop for food at all. We arrived 3hrs early which seems good but not when you check in is at 1PM and we arrived at 6.30am. We had minimal sleep as the driver drove very rough also. Don’t recommend this company, have had so many busses and this was the worst.

First off the bus driver was really angry and yelling at us and didn’t speak a word english, but then later he was nice again so it’s okay. The bus itself was okay, it was as comfortable as you can expect a 2-star sleeperbus can be. The only downside was all the older vietnamese men that kept opening my curtain to look at me (a 20-year old girl) and even flash a flashlight in my face, so i was really scared the whole night. Also many people on the bus kept yelling really loud in vietnamese all through the night, and the sink in the bus toilet didn’t work.

The bus was almost two hours late (a bit of luck since I was late 15 minutes). The bus itself and the ride was comfortable and it was clean inside. The bad part was that they forgot about me and that I was going to Hoi An as they continued to Da Nang, so once I reminded them they pretty much left me on the road to Da Nang (outside of Hoi An) and I had to take a taxi to the city itself paying an extra 160k VND.

The staff were really rude and shouted at us. If it wasn’t for me poking my head out when the bus had stopped we would have missed our stop. This was despite the staff checking our ticket, name and seat number. Also, the staff at the bus station (so called because it didn’t look like a bus station) completely ignored us and just grunted at us. Some were even pointing and laughing at us. I felt scared at one point when I was surrounded by laughing men on my own. I would not recommend this company.
