The bus was late 2 hours. When the buss arrived because it was late we received the worst seat and is wasn’t in a laying down option but more of a leaning back mode. Bus ride was fine, but we waited in the bus station for 2 hours and it was horrible

We took this bus to go from Hanoi to Ha Giang. It was super comfortable and on time. Just be careful, they pick up from hotel just in old town. We were staying far from the downtown and we had to manage ourself, but they proposed closer place for pick up. Also they wrote us day before on whatsapp to confirm. We were very satisfied.

When I booked the bus ride it was not clear to me that it would be a night bus during the day.On the website it appeared like a normal day bus.Instead of being able to enjoy the view we had to look out of the window lying down.No one books a night bus at 2pm. The bus has no toilet and we get some stops where we can use very dirty washrooms. The operator was 30 minutes late. The bus drivers were helpful and contancted us via whattsapp to tell us they would be late.

I asked the driver to stop for toilet and he refused. Even we stopped a lot if time to pick up and drop off people. First stop was after 4 hours of driving. The bus arrived 2 hours later and we arrived to Ha Giang after 23. So missed the dinner
