We liked that beds were allocated on your name. No wild choosing. There was always someone you could ask things. They took care of you until point of destination. The bus was clean and comfortable.

On time departure. Stopped twice for 15-20 mins each at 2 hour intervals on route from Hanoi to Ha Giang. Rest stops had good toilet facilities. Sleeper bunks were pre allocated - we were a little unlucky with the bottom bunks at the back (slightly shorter and less headroom) but all in all, the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver assistant was helpful in communicating rest stops. On arrival in Ha Giang we all got transferred onto a minivan for hotel drop offs. Met my expectations for a low cost, long journey. Bus was modern with charging points which was a plus.

The bus was late 2 hours. When the buss arrived because it was late we received the worst seat and is wasn’t in a laying down option but more of a leaning back mode. Bus ride was fine, but we waited in the bus station for 2 hours and it was horrible
