Good bus and facilities but poor experience with the driver and the team who was highly unprofessional, rude and not really helpful. Also, the team smoked while en route, which caused to a strong smoke scent in the whole bus.

Terrible. We were woken up abruptly at 6am, 4 hours before our arrival, kicked off the bus & made to change to another. The next bus did not arrive until an hour and half after we had sat on the roadside. When reported to 12Go, the operator claimed it was due to a broken toilet. This is false information as I used the toilet before getting off and both drivers had their motorbikes waiting there & drove straight off. We were 4 hours away from our final destination so for them to have their bikes their the stop was obviously pre planned. Do NOT use CAMEL transport.

Arrived on time, very clean and spacious. Book the lower cabin if you want a smoother less bumpy sleep - we stayed in upper and still slept great. Flight neck pillows improve comfort also! The bus does not announce when you arrive at your destination so you need to be awake and vigilant the next morning otherwise you most likely will miss your stop. Use Google translate to speak with the driver though as they are helpful.

It was a different and pleasant experience. The train was clean and the washrooms were cleaned multiple times during the travel. The AC was cold at certain times so the blanket provided is perfectly apt. The trains shakes a bit of course which could be difficult for some but we were mostly ok and we slept most of the night hours to feel much of it. Would surely recommend

The floor and shelves were not very clean. Otherwise was all very good. Train was pretty much on time, the toilet facilities were OK and it was nice with the complimentary food and drinks. Would have been even nicer and fresher with white bed sheets.

Sleep was out of the question on this journey. The driving style didn't allow for it. We arrived at 5:30 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. as planned! The staff were friendly, the toilets at the stops were clean, and care was taken to ensure that everyone came along.
