Great mode of transport and the Bed was enough.
Train #SE19 1st Class Sleeper, Vietnam Railways (Đường sắt Việt Nam), Mar 19, 2023
I bought tickets for 1st class. Either the system was making mistake, or if there was 1st class, I couldn't imagine what 2nd class would look like. (according the pictures, there is no difference...although in the price there is a little)
Train #TN5 1st Class Sleeper, Vietnam Railways (Đường sắt Việt Nam), Jan 17, 2023
Travelled in 1st class sleeper. It was mega comfortable. Sheets clean, although when we arrive people were on our beds. Every bed has power point and a light. .the train is old and moves a lot, if you have motion sickness I recommend taking pills with you. We arrive 20min late, but the train was on time most of the time. Buying through this page was easy and quick.
Train #SE9 1st Class Sleeper, Vietnam Railways (Đường sắt Việt Nam), Jan 12, 2023
Was adequate to get to Da Nang via train. Pack your own snacks and best to bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

Better than expected. Ride was clean and toilet was bearable. The experience was enjoyable for the kids, and allowed quality time to be spent in conversations.
Train #SЕ1 VIP Sleeper 4x, Laman Express, Dec 26, 2022
All went well, smooth 16h ride, the bed was fine to sleep, pretty clean. I’d do it again.
Train #SE3 1st Class Sleeper, Vietnam Railways (Đường sắt Việt Nam), Dec 19, 2022
not clean
Train #SE3 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Vietnam Railways (Đường sắt Việt Nam), Nov 15, 2022
Didn’t expect that there would be 6 people to a room. The other disappointment was there were a lot of smokers in the vicinity which drifted into the cabin, intolerable. But overall it was good, the food carts were a huge benefit.
