Really good experience overall. Great communication. Pick up and departure on time. Arrival slightly delayed because the driver stopped a couple of times to speak on the phone, not sure what the issue was. Only issue I would say is that needs to be clear beforehand how many breaks will happen during the trip as we had a trip of 14 hours and only 1 pee break, which made us all feel very uncomfortable.

Overnight trip from hanoi to da nang. Shared a 4 berth. If u can buy whole cabin as we had different people coming in and out through the trip. Make sure you are really tired. Take ear plugs as can be noisy. Take face wipes and have your things you need at the top of ur bag as not much room. The hardest part is the ride once you have woken up. U need to stay in your room

Earlier in this correspondence, we asked you to help change the passenger’s name on the ticket. You replied that the airline could not make this change. Today, however, we spoke directly with airline representatives at the check-in counter. They clearly stated that the name could be corrected by submitting a request at least three hours before departure. Nothing more was required. We contacted you more than 20 days before the flight, informed you about the issue in advance, and explicitly asked for your assistance. Nevertheless, you refused to help and insisted that changing the name was impossible, which turned out to be incorrect and contrary to the airline’s actual rules. As a result, we were forced to purchase a new ticket. Even this option turned out to be cheaper than the penalties you proposed for changing the name. Please explain: • why you did not assist us when we contacted you well in advance; • why you informed us that the name could not be changed, despite this being allowed by the airline; • and why the information you provided directly contradicted what the airline representatives confirmed at the airport. We expect a clear explanation of this situation.

Bus was average, toilet on bus was an advantage but the reason for poor experience is that there was smoking on the bus, which affected the non-smokers and the air conditioning in the bus.

It is a sleeoing bus, so the chairs already in bed mode... It is OK, but my first trip in Vietnam, just want to look outside, but. I manage it to put the bed in sitting mode... I live most of the time in the Netherlands and Thailand and really don't understand why people claxon so much... If it is a sleeping bus, stay away from the horns... 😅
