The station was changed, the time was changed, no one speaks a word of english in the bus company we booked from. We did not get the seats we booked, not even the same type of bus. Chicken were loaded on the bus. I was not allowed access to my stuff or to speak to my girl friend because the staff were sleeping on the floor. They shouted very aggressively everytime i tried to ask to go to the toilet, and did not stop for the first 5 hours of traveling. They didnt even care what we were trying to say, no matter what it was we did. I was pushed by one of them, twice, without me even raising my voice. They were even smoking on the bus. I have photos. This was not only a bad experience, it was potentially traumatizing. I am never ever booking from you again, and your company should be ashamed to sell such tickets, especially to tourists. And, a reclining chair with a wall infront of it, leaving about 1.6 meters to exist in for 17 hours to accompany those terrible people doesnt exactly help. This is the worst experience.i ever had on transport, after 6 months of travelling asia at much lower prices.

It was my first time getting a sleeper bus so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was great, very comfortable, private berth, bathroom on board although it wasn’t easy to keep clean with all the movement, they should advise people when they are boarding approximately when the stops are so they can plan bathroom breaks or food opportunities to give them some idea that’s the only advice I’d offer

Really good experience overall. Great communication. Pick up and departure on time. Arrival slightly delayed because the driver stopped a couple of times to speak on the phone, not sure what the issue was. Only issue I would say is that needs to be clear beforehand how many breaks will happen during the trip as we had a trip of 14 hours and only 1 pee break, which made us all feel very uncomfortable.

Overnight trip from hanoi to da nang. Shared a 4 berth. If u can buy whole cabin as we had different people coming in and out through the trip. Make sure you are really tired. Take ear plugs as can be noisy. Take face wipes and have your things you need at the top of ur bag as not much room. The hardest part is the ride once you have woken up. U need to stay in your room
