Trip: HaGiang to Ninh Binh. Really friendly staff! The gentleman at the bus station in HaGiang came and took my luggage out of the taxi and into the station for me.They gave everyone a bag with water, a snack, and some wet wipes. The bus was super comfy with curtains and a WORKING seat belt. Everything ran with little delays. I had to change vehicles multiple times to get to my destination, but everything was smooth and easy. I highly recommend!

The first bus (the sleeper to Hanoi) was comfortable and clean, and I would recommend that! However, we then had to go from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and the trip went down hill a lot. We waited around for a long time with no instructions, then a taxi driver took us to our next bus. He was rude and got cross with a girl for getting upset that he’d thrown her bag on the roof and not tied it. We then had another wait and two more buses to get to Ninh Binh.

Super nice sleeping buss. They had to pick us up 1.15 hour before and My phone was ent loaded so we missed the calls and the text but they where waiting for us that’s so great ;) Thanks.

Waited an hour and a half to be collected at the departure point. We were then taken by local bus to the night bus. We stayed on here the whole journey to ninh binh however the bus stopped in Hanoi for anyone travelling there to get off so everyone was woken up to check. Despite the delay at the start we arrived in Tam Coc about 20 minutes later than scheduled.

bus was ok, was one of those sleepers with 3 rows, bed is for one person, no curtains. You get two pillows, a blanket that smells clean and a bottle of water. Bus was delayed for almost one hour however i was talking with the team on whatsapp and they were very responsive and apologised for the delay. Also they called me earlier in the day and provided additional instructions on where to wait. The email can be slightly confusing as the link to the google maps points a bit further away however always best to check with them via whatsapp (i sent a pic to confirm the pickup). One thing i noticed is that all foreigners were placed at the back of the bus while the locals in the front.
