the bus arrived on time. i recommend choosing their delhi lounge as a start point at least in delhi as it is findable and you will not miss the bus. the arrival was around 2 hours late but that’s okay. The AC was definitely there, i think a lot of people froze. Be aware if you are going to a mountain region that the bus will drive the slopes super fast so chose a front seat with window if you also get carsick.

Excellent bus and driving. Extremely poor administration as we were told we have no seat by the driver as they did not have our names . With persistence and discomfort we managed to get on the bus on different seats anyway .
